sir i booked online ticket no 19144613-676493 and 19143469-676451 from chandigarh to manali on 6 jan 2014 for 9:50am. but on the time spot the bus in charge says that he bus is cancelled. u may have to try other bus and the cas will received automatically in your account . we cancelled our trip and still now no money has received.
from this we cancelled our trip and we bear of loss 10000 rs (taxi charge from hisar to chandigarh of 5 peoples and dinner and hotels and other expenses) and 5000 of hotel which i already booked in manali.
first of all i want my money back with 50000 rs compensation other wise i will fill case in consumer court. thanks
