I had booked Air tickets from Chandigarh to Srinagar Vide booking ID NF2202542134902 for 28th September 2014 for a total sum of Rs. 17,796/-. Due to floods, the air tickets were cancelled directly with the airline (Spicejet) who refunded the full amount. Make my Trip assured that since full refund has been allowed by the airline, the full amount of Rs. 17796/- shall be refunded to me. This can be confirmed from my telephonic conversation with Make my Trip executives. However, refund of Rs. 16796/- was released to me after deduction of Rs. 1000/-. The company has not refunded the balance amount of Rs. 1000/- even after repeated reminders/complaints. The company has not bothered to respond to my complaints. The company may be instructed to refund the balance amount of Rs. 1000/- due to me.
