Makemytrip charged exorbitant rates and even then provided bad services and did not keep its promises. Detailed complaint is attached as a document.

I am feeling cheated by makemytrip. I did a lot of follow up over phone with makemytrip and transport people. I did not enjoy my vacation and wasted all my money & time.

1) I need an apology from Make My Trip. 2) I need (package amount 70,169 + Gulmarg car charges 1400 + Shikara charges 300 + Roaming charges approx. 1500) = INR 73369
