I am a resident of Dubai from the past two years and I booked a holiday to India in May from Makemytrip.com. Due to personal reasons I had to cancel the trip on May 14th 2014. The refund amount promised to me was 2556 Dirhams (41500 rupees approx) in 7 working days. It has been close to two months now and I have not received my refund yet. I have followed up several times to the customer care and via mails and I have not received any status update. Please look into the matter. My complaint ID is 140617031631.

I require my money to be credited back to my account at the earliest and make sure that this company is taken to task for the terrible customer service that they provide.
