When one makes a ticket from Makemytrip a convenience (service) fee is charged for the ticket booked from the travel portal, when one cancel the same ticket apart from the airline charges, Rs 250 is charged again as convenience fee. They specify the same, but then the booking charges should be refunded if a cancellation is made. This unfair to the consumer to pay convenience charge both at the time of booking as well as cancellation.

I will like refund of one of the convenience fees. They can refund the convenience fee at the time of booking as it is less than the one at the time of cancellation.
