I had a flight on 20 may 2015 the timing was 21:10 hrs as given on my E-ticket and SMS from Makemytrip but when we reached airport the timing the told was 20:30 hrs due to which we missed our flight. I have not received any mail, SMS or email from makemytrip staff that the flight timing was changed. Because of that I have missed my flight and because of that have booked another ticket available of AIR INDIA from airport which costed me almost double price of what amount I booked it before from makemytrip for my Journey. I need a refund for my ticket because it was a mistake from makemytrip. This was the first time I booked ticket from makemytrip and it was a worst experience I got which I never thought of getting from such a prestigious site. Please look into the matter ASAP. I am attaching all the required tickets and SMS which I received from makemytrip.

I need refund of the ticket which I booked from make my trip.They are now not responding properly as they want to eat our money.
