I booked Mangalore to Delhi flight thru MMT via booking id NF2204127314691. Total money spent on trip is 22361 with base fair being 5753 only. Due to some medical reasons with my infant daughter i am unable to undertake this travel. Upon checking with MMT on the deductions they have given a total of 11050 as break-up. 3150*3 adults from JetLite, 500*3 adults for MMT and 100*1 for infant for MMT. I had also booked delhi mangalore on AI, and upon genuine request they deducted 3700 net including service tax etc for all four pacs whereas Jetlite via MMT is charging almost double the amount. The break-up of the other taxes approx is (as given on their website) Airline fuel charge – 12500, Govt Service Fee – 860, Passenger Service Fee – 950, Airport Development fee – 1850. All these services will not be undertaken by me and thus am not liable to pay for these. Also, the airline would evenutally sell the ticket with base fare as well(it shows on their website that only 4tickets remaining)

I want a justified amount to be deducted on the trip as if one airline can take genuine request on medical grounds then should MMT and jetlite. 11050 is not justified amount and I seek the airline and MMT to provide justified deduction amount and then cancel my ticket.
