I, Unnikrishnan Bhaskaramenon, have booked a flight ticket on 22-April-2013 for travelling from Cochin to Doha with travelling date 21-June-2013 – Airline PNR – LKAQB The ticket was booked through Makemytrip online site. MakeMyTrip Booking ID NN230133310359 Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the trip and cancelled the ticket through Air India Express online site on 17-June-2013. And from the information I received from Air India Express the cancelled amount has been transferred to Makemytrip a/c on the same date itself. Cancellation Reference No. from Make My Trip – IN1306R6S157964 Even Air India Express also confirmed that they have refunded the amount to Make My Trip, still they are not refunding my amount even after almost 6 weeeks of regular follow-up. But till date I have not received my refund. I’d like to launch a complaint against “Make My Trip” Company and get my amount back.
