I have booked two flights with a booking ID NF220238485032. And one flight was booked and another one (air india)not booked, but money was deducted for both.After that I called more than 20 times but no response was given from Make my trip side. After wating for more than 20 minutes for their reply each time my ear start paining and I am taking medical treatment for my ear pain. I am wating for my money refund back from there side. Now I want to clear 2 thngs. 1. How much time required to respond a query shall be fixed based on business volume. 2. Action should be started from company side not from consumer side when consumer is in loss.

Money back for bookinf not happened. Compensation for phisical damage
