I booked a package for north east in May 2013. I was promised that detailed invoice would be provided as per my requirement later on. The invoice provided by MMT does not give a break up of charges towards flight, hotel, transport etc. I have lodged a number of complaints and have spoken to many a people in MMT. They all promise but do not respond. For last couple of months even the complaint lodged to their senior management has been kept on hold with no response.
I want MMT to provide relief to me as under: 1. Compensate me for the financial loss. 2. Compensate me for wasting time and making false promises 3. Offer public apologies on their conduct
