On 5th of April while planing a trip to goa with my newly married wife i was searching about resorts and flight. At that moment i saw a package provided by makemytrip so i purchased the package and made payment by my credit card.Payment was debited from my card and i received a text from credit card company. However even when the payment was debited makemytrip didnot confirmed me by bookings which was shocking ad against good business practise. Thus my wife made a call to makemytrip next morning and they told that we have to pay Rs5000 more to avail the package which was again a dirty game because they have already taken the payment against the booking.So we requested them to cancel our bookings and refund by crediting our Credit Card which was debited earlier.They committed and confirmed that full amount would be credited within 7to14 working days.However on 9th April they credited only Rs8676. We followed up several times after that and we were confirmed that the remaining amount is credited to our credit card acount. This again misled us and they even gave us the reference no. I am disappointed and realy feel bad as i was cheated 4 times earlier and i have still being cheated as i have not received credit yet and my credit card banker is charging high rate of interest on that transaction.

I would request to refund me the outstanding amount along with interest and a free complete trip to goa in the month of December and a monetary claim of Rs 10lakhs because it has made me sure that we are not only cheated but others like us are also being cheated regularly. And if makemytip is not charged with high monetary claims they will continue to do cheating with several onsumers.
