I had booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Haridwar from Makemytrip.com. but unfortunately i cancelled my plant to go to Haridwar. As per makemytrip cancellation policy ticket can be cancelled before 24 hours from the time of departure. So I tried to cancel my ticket by online mode but i could not cancel due to some makemytrip server error. I called Makemytrip customer care twice to cancel my ticket but they also could not cancel my ticket. They suggested me to drop a mail regarding cancellation of ticket. They assured me that after send request by mail to cancel the ticket my ticket will be cancelled and i will get refund. I sent a mail to their customer care to cancel my ticket and to make my refund. I also got a confirmation mail from makemytrip that my ticket shall be cancelled. But my ticket did not cancel by Makemytrip.com and i did not get my refund.

I want my ticket refund back after deduction of cancellation charges.
