The service provider (Make mytrip) provided me with the 3 Bus tickets for an A/C bus for a trip from Delhi to Ajmer for Dep Date: Jul 03, 2014.Operator PNR: TS-MMT9244114ERH (Operator PNR:11979) Booking id – NU27013956994930 Just before 2 hours of the departure, I was informed by the bus operator that the service type was changed from A/C to NON-A/C for which I did not consent as he refused to shift us to a different bus with A/C facilities. I asked for refund but the operator said that either he has to come to their office to collect the refund as cash (I had book the bus online) or ask make my trip to refund the cash. I had to arrange an alternate travel plan to reach the destination. When I logged on online to refund my booking, it showed refund amount to be Rs.0 only. I dropped an email regarding the same to the respective service (Busservice@makemytrip.com)department on 3rd July only. On 11 July I got response from the departement personnel (Mukesh Sharma) with a reference ID NU27013956994930 stating he will revert in 24 hours. I got no response for next 15 days. On my followup I was assigned with a different customer representative Himanshu Singh assuring a response in 24 hours. Its now more than a month and no action has been taken.
Refund of sum with interest of 40 days.
