I’m very much annoyed with the service provided by Make my trip. Please find the ticket PNR – TS-MMT3576895GIK (Operator PNR:13780), Bus Operator – Travel India Bus, Makemytrip Bus ID : NU27012932267651,from Trichur to Trivandrum with boarding date and time – 24-Jan-13, 12:30 AM, Number of seats booked – 2, Total fare – 840rs.Bus operator number – 97456379999. I have booked for our travel to Trivandrum from Trichur dated 23rd January 2013. As per the Bus operator number mentioned in the mail, he asked me to cancel the ticket because my ticket is charted for 24th January evening & not for early morning bus. And asked me to cancel it and look for bookings for today. As per him, i cancelled the tickets and have lost 500rs on cancellation. Post that i rang the customer service of Make my trip. And they told me it was supposed for tonight. And mentioned that the bus operator mentioned in the trailing mail might have given wrong information. How could we customers check which information is wrong, when the bus operator number is clearly printed on the ticket. I need a complete refund on this for passing wrong information and charging people unnecessarily. Hope you would consider this mail and take necessary action on it at the earliest.
I lost 500 rs due to wrong information given by the bus operator. And had to rebook the tickets on Red Bus.
Need this kind of passing wrong information to be stopped and unnecessarily charging customers for wrong information. And I need them to refund the money.
