it is hereby to inform you that i(dr.harinder singh raikhy)have booked my air ticket on make my trip from India to Vancouver via beizing(china)in reference to my booking id: – IN1303B03944 on 23july2013 .after that they made changes to my flight schedule, altering my travel plan.they issued me different schedule,the ticket details are as follow: DELHI to BEIJING Air China | CA 948 confirmed, timechange Arr: 12.25PM PM Beijing, China | Capital International PEK | Terminal 3 Dep: 03:15 AM Delhi, India | Indira Gandhi International DEL | Terminal 3 Tuesday, July 23, 2013 | duration 6:40 Fare type: Coach Flight Number: Air China – CA 948 Confirmation Number: Air China NW8KZJ BEIJING to VANCOUVER: Air China | CA 997 confirmed Arr: 08:00 AM Vancouver, Canada | Vancouver International YVR | Terminal M Dep: 12:00 PM Beijing, China | Capital International PEK | Terminal 3 Tuesday, July 23, 2013 | duration 11:00 In these tickets the time between the two flights are not matched and interconnected .after complaining to the makemytrip about this blunder they have not resolved my issue ,i have done many calls and wriiten emails to them but i didnt get any solution from them. secondly i have given request of cancellation of my wife(amarjeet kaur) ticket because of her change in plan and they deducted 5670 out of 61990 as per the email i had received on 29/5/2013,the Approximate Refund Amount was Rs. 56,320.but the amount they deposited from account no.13052870924170 in my account(13301000003692) was 36320 Rs on 28/5/13 , They have deposited 20000rs less in my account .I have all documents relevant to my complain.i have not only economically but also mentally harassed by the make my trip group. i would be very thankful if my problem is solved

firstly, my ticket which are planned on 23 july2013 should be confirmed and timing should not counter-interact with each other as earlier they have done . secondly, they should give me remaining refund amount that is 20000rs .
