I bought a saree from this shop located at brookfields coimbatore which has got width variation along (which is a defect) I’ve gone for the exchage of saree. I didnt like any other item there. Everything over there were very costly. I have asked to repay the amt. or I’ve aked them to give the same saree ordered and made for me since they were designers. They’ve given a reply stating it can’t be done and also they told cash can’t be paid back. Since I dont like any other item there because of the huge pricing I wanted my money back.

The concerned shop owner strictly had cut the phone in between the call transaction ( over phone). When I’ve again called him, he replied back that he can’t waste his time talking to me over phone and he can’t repay the money also. If I want I can just exchange which I’m not interested in after all these transactions. They have the saree now with them. Also he concluded in the call that he is least bothered and wherever you want to go and complaint you can do so.

So this is to share my bitter experience at MAMTA FOMRA, Coimbatore which can help you make better purchase decisions when you go shopping in Coimbatore.
