I purchased VPS Webhosting from Manas hosting in May 2013 and upgraded to Premium in Sep 2013. This Service is to host my financial services website www.indiamf.net. Starting Sep 30 My Web Server was down, I repeatedly call Technical and Billing departments. I don’t get a resolution, get rude replies, false promises. I am without my website for 4 weeks now. No idea when I am going to get my server back.

With my server down we could not provide any on-line business, considering the business we did a month ago, we lost approx. 50,000 INR this month. On top of that I lost existing customers, who see my site down for a month and does not want to do business with us any more.

I want my services back OR 1,11,600 I paid for Hosting Services + INR 50,000/month in income losses
