We have purchased plot in the project Manassarovar. In the registry promotor has mentioned maintenance charges as 2500/- p.a for empty plot and 7000/- once house is build and house to be build in span of 5 years.Our registry was done in 26Nov2009 and we have But from 2011 they have increased charges to directly to 15000/- from 2500/- which i am not agree to and so we have not paying the charges to the promotor. They are not allowing to visit our plot also. Promotor has started resort in the project and he is charging maintenance of resort for us.Details can be seen on web site http://manassarovar.com/ after 2011 and they have started resort with the name MANNTRA and has another web site for this resort www.manntra.in/

I want to settle the maintenance charges according to old rate of 2500/- and want check on increase in maintenance charges rates. Please provide your address were i can send potocopy of my plot registry
