Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered www.mangoesfresh.com the Alfonso mangoes by making an online payment of INR 2129. The order was for 1 dozen Devagarh alfonso and 1 dozen ratnagiri alfonso. The order number is b93708ee31c7ecce4cb9 and was dated May,17,2015 at 5:34 pm. However, there has been no response till now. When I try to call them, either the phone is switched off or not answered. Even when answered, the response is very rude. Finally when I get to speak to one Mr.Deepak (as he claimed) on the number given on website, I was informed that the mangoes would be dispatched today and I will receive them in 3-5 days. I am not sure of whether this a bogus company or real company. I want the Government to take notice of this fraudster company. While they receive the order and payment, there is no response in terms of when they will send mangoes. After doing some search, I found their Facebook page. There are similar complaints listed on the Facebook page.

1. My request is to either get the order of Alfonso mangoes delivered immediately or refund the money immediately. Based on inquiry and confirmation of the fraud nature of the company, I want the Government to consider the following. 2. I want the Government to take note of other complaints and block the website immediately so that no one else gets fooled by this company. 3. I want the legal course of action to be initiated against them.
