I have booked for a Maruthi Swift ZXI Car on 10.02.2014 through M/s popular Vehicles and services. The colour selected was Torque Blue Metalic. It was assured that the same will be delivered within 10 to 15 days.I have approached popular with a DD for the full amount on 28.02.2013. But it was informed it will take another 15 days for delivery. 15 days already passed now and still they are not able to deliver the vehicle nor they have given any assurance on when they are going to deliver the vehicle.Please help me in getting the vehicle soon.

Till date I have not recd the vehicle.I want them to deliver the same immediately.I also demand reasonable compensation for such a delay in delivery which has caused interest loss, mental agony etc to me.
