Hi, There have been Many issues with Maruti Suzuki and its dealer(Mahalaxmi Automotives, Pune). Even after reporting issue to them and raised concern with Maruti no action has been taken. The list of issues till date 1. Car delivered without cleaning / washing 2. Car delivered without any Petrol, stranded just 100 m away from the showroom 3. Car pre-delivery inspection was not done. Fog lamps were not working. Wires beneath the boot falling down. 4. Car delivered without Insurance. 5. Car documents not delivered at time. Repeated requests need to be made for each documents. 6. Sale staff constantly changing their statements, both regarding price and schedule. There are many more issues and due char limit I am unable to mention them.

Necessary written action, Balance and additional taken amount refund, Additional compensation.
