On 10 May 2013, I bought Maruti Ertiga ZDI BS IV with AP 22 AM 6066 from your dealer, Jayarama Motors, Mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh. I am satisfied with the entire performance of the vehicle but not with the tires. You gave GOOD YEAR tires which are very poor in performance. I got spare tire with bubbles inside it. The executive, Sai Satish, found the fault and sent it for replacement. So far I haven’t heard from you. Within this month, I got one puncture and sliding on road with the failure of road grip. The tires are too poor in condition. Even a small wooden piece got pierced deep into the tire and whole air inside it went off in seconds. I was driving in 30 kms speed and I escaped an accident and damage to the vehicle. After repair of the tire, I found that the tires do not have proper grip on the road. The tires were skidding on the road in rain and I had to stop the vehicle till the rain stopped. I am thoroughly disgusted with driving ERTIGA and its bad tires. I am extremely sorry to say that our trust on your esteemed company is waning off. We trusted you for providing us better parts and accessories along with the vehicle but I am dissatisfied with what I got. I learnt that you provide better tires only on demand from the customer otherwise you ignore our interest. I found Good Year tires do not serve me in our road conditions and sincerely request you to change all tires with BRIDGE STONE at once. Otherwise kindly take me as the most dissatisfied customer of Maruti Suziki. If my rightful demand is not properly attended, I shall take this to consumer forum for proper justice. Kindly respond to me at the earliest possible with the favour of changing all tires. Thanking you in anticipation …
