Becuase of some noise from suspension and steering, I sent my car to Fortpoint, Authorised Maruti service center and got it rectified on 23/07/2013 by paying Rs. 6170/- Similar noise started coming, but very less from same suspension. Sent my car to Fortpoint on 22/10/2013. After through verification and necessary test, Rahul, floor mgr gave estimate of Rs. 2225/- and told me to bring the car on 24/10 as he need to get the spare. On 24/10 in absense of Rahul, Navid took my car and said he is not aware of any estimate given by Rahul and told me a laundry list with a huge estimate. When I spoke to Mr. Patil floor mgr, he was shown his attitude and di-own estmate given by Rahul and harrased me over phone. I had to call him multiple times. Later on I requested him to return my car as per the status given to Navid. However they further damaged my car and now Noise has increased, looks like thay have changed or has done some thing groosely wrong to proof their point.

I want them to completely rectify my car against the complaint of NOISE coming from suspension etc. qat the earliest. As per original estimate given by Mr. Rahul of FortPoint I am ready to pay Rs. 2225/=
