With reference to all my complaints lodged with Maruti Customer Care through Ref No. 9355467434, 95181333569, 7186308204 and many more since I have purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift Car from TR Sawhney Motors , Gokulpuri , Delhi Reg No. DL5CK6777 When I bought this car it was delivered to me late night and in dark area, where i noticed some scratches on my car and at the same time I raised query about the same, But the Dealer Folks told me that It just a dust and it will be removed at the time of First Service of Car, But subsequently when I contacted back at the time of service of car and remind them their promise to resolve the problem related to scratches on Exterior and Interior of the car and Hanging of some external parts, The Workshop manager upfrontly denied to do so, Second time, I contacted some another dealer at meerut city ” Tanya Automobile” and get serviced the second free service, where lots of issues related to service of car were resolved by them and overall performance of the dealer was satisfactory, But They also denied to resolve problem of Scratches and directed me to the seller for their needful to be done, Third Time I again contacted the TR Sawney after lodging complaint with maruti, and detailed them about history of my problems, Mr. IP Sharma (AVP) promised me to replace the scratched parts and to resolve all the problems related to noise in interior parts of Car, scratches on body, Noise in the engine, Wheel balancing and alignment , But they put the condition that all these things will be done only on third free service, Being a unaware consumer I agreed for third service, But Only few scratches were removed by them by some paint spray and all, But neither any part was replaced nor any problem related to car ( as mentioned above) were resolved, When I again lodged complain with the maruti, I received call from TR Sawheny to visit their Place Fourth Time, I visited the Dealer and briefed about the History of complaints, Then again they promised to get it solved and they delivered my car after four Days, But Even after this sequel harassment by dealer , Issue is not resolved by them and again they are saying that “Come to our Place and we will look into it” I lives in Gurgaon city and I cant commute regularly to dealer again and again, I am a salaried man and cant afford too much expense of fuel and services of car, and I would like to to say that I bought this car for my family use and purpose, My mother is physically not well and whenever Dealer keeps my car with them I have to arrange for Taxi to go to the doctor, I request you to compensate me for all this harassment and favor to resolve my complaint.
I am mentally very harassed and I have taken loan from bank to purchase the car but I am not able to use the car for my purpose, My car was kept by dealer so many times with them for so many days and every time I arranged taxi to go to places, Even after complaint at dealer they talk to me very rudely and threaten not to come again to them I am not feeling well and under deep depression.
Since there are so many defects in CAR coming out and every time they make a new issue, Please help me to replace with new car along with reimbursement of all expenses incurred for the same and compensation of at least 1 lakh rupees
