Dear Sir/Madam, On 19 April 2011, I bought Maruti SX4 ZDI BS IV with Registration Number HR 51 AM 6147 from your dealer, Vipul Motors, Faridabad,Haryana. It’s customer id is 1116074603 & Vehicle id is MA3FFEB1S00186823. I am satisfied with the entire performance of the vehicle but not with the tires.You gave JK Vectra tires which are very poor in performance. My SX4 tyres has inbuilt manufacturing defect .My car bubbles on the road and many times the air go out of the tyre without any thing piercing in it.My tyres JK Vectra are company fitted.All the tyres have same problem. I owned a maruti vehicle since 1989.i never encountered such a problem before.From the Beginning my tyres gave me a problem either it was puncture or bubbling. I got several puncture in my five tyres and sliding on road with the failure of road grip. The tires are too poor in condition. Even a small wooden piece got pierced deep into the tire and whole air inside it went off in seconds.I was driving my car and I escaped an accident and damage to the vehicle. After repair of the tire, I found that the tires do not have proper grip on the road.I got it check in the maruti dealership for confirmation they told me that this is a tyre problem.I am thoroughly disgusted with driving SX4 and its bad tires. I am extremely sorry to say that our trust on your esteemed company is waning off. We trusted you for providing us better parts and accessories along with the vehicle but I am dissatisfied with what I got.I found JK tires do not serve me in our road conditions and sincerely request you to change all tires with BRIDGE STONE at once. Otherwise kindly take me as the most dissatisfied customer of Maruti Suzuki mailed at your email id contact@marutisuziki.com but no reply came so If my rightful demand is not properly attended, I shall take this to consumer forum for proper justice. Kindly respond to me at the earliest possible with the favour of changing all tires.
