Recently I have bought a Maruti wagon R Lxi Car from Delhi showroom on 23.06.2014. Last week on my way to Vasant Kunj to R.K. Puram my car went off the road to avoid truck on the opposite way, my forward left side Tyre blasted off. Luckily the speed was under control and I manage to control the car, later I approached my Car dealer to claim the Tyre against warranty but service center people told me that Tyre should be inspection by manufacturer. I had sent email to JK regarding the same after so many reminders finally authorized person name Mr. Manoj Kumar Yadav visited at my place for inspection & told me that the Tyre will not be replaced under warranty. My car is only one month old & this not expected such a reputed company like JK. Now please tell me how safe we are on road using such tyres and with such support from the company. I am very much disappointed. I had registered so many complaints regarding the same to JK Seniors officers but they told me that the tyre should not replaced.
