this is in continuation to my previous mail ref no. 55925/2/2013 and 56911/2/2013 dated 16.04.2013 and 08.05.2013 respectively. Ms. Rupika( as told by the caller) called med and offered me to get my car repaired in the workshop or payment basis. She further offered to given me 25% discount on labour cost only. On being asked I was told that the total expenditure on the repair is around 8000/- which is inclusive cost of parts and the labour cost will be around 1500/- or 2000/-. But I got may car repaired from the Maruti Service master, Jahangir Puri, which is a co. owned workshop and they repaired in just Rs. 882/- (including tax) by replacing clutch wire and the now clutch is working absolutely fine. It shows that that M/s. DD motors never took interest in repairing the car and they tried to cheat me by saying that it require overhauling of Clutch. They gave an estimate of Rs. 8000/- which was not required at all. The clutch was asked to inspect and to repair on the very first servicing after the purchase of the car and it was inspect on each every servicing (Five Servicing has been done by DD Motors) but this minor fault was not noticed by them. Perhaps their intention was to cheat the customer by was inflated bill. Mr. Talwar GM was never to available to meet. Mr. balwinder refused to listen anything and customers was entertained very rudely by the Staff. Now i once again request Maruti to take necessary action against the DD Motors and to cancel the licence of the Co. as they are maligning the image of the Maruti by their working. I also request Consumer forum to ask the DD Motors to compensate me for the harassment felt by me during this more two years and for the wastage of time caused to me due to going their workshop time and again the telling my story to each and every person their. An early action will highly solicited.

maximum compensation due to damage caused mentioned above and termination of licence of DD Motors to save the other customers from their cheating.
