1. Invested in Marvel Trueno (it is a joint venture with Goel Ganga) office B-4090, Vimannager, Pune Nov 2013 and paid a sum of Rs. 2436100 until April 2014 as per slabs into Escrow account. 2. Required funds and cancelled unit on 5th May. I had requested Refund of amount within one month, but was promised by email it will be done in 3 months – i.e 5th August 2014. 3. Met the Vice President Mr. Karthick in August first week and he said he will clear it in 10 days. 4. Followed up several times by calls and emails, but no date was being committed. My wife met Karthick again on 13th August and was provided written email that the amount will be cleared before the month end. 5.
