I have ordered Revlon Aquamarine conditioner 920 (2 bottles) and one Revlon Aquamarine 2 In 1 (Shampoo & Conditioner) 920 on June 11, 2013 (order#100017788) and my payment was prepaid, paid through Axis internet banking, and paid Rs.1275 (product cost Rs.1200 and shipping and handling Rs.75) but their Shipping and Delivery Policy states free shipping for order value above Rs.700). After placing order, there was no response for almost 15 days and after repeated calling, they said they have no stock of Aquamarine 2 In 1 (Shampoo & Conditioner) 920. I asked them instead of Aquamarine 2 In 1 (Shampoo & Conditioner) 920, add Aquamarine conditioner 920 one more bottle (#3 bottles) and they agreed to do so and after 2 days I received a mail that they shipped the products through Overnite Express courier service (AWB:7068234353). After one week, the same was returned back to Masticart.com as they do not have service for our area and I confirmed that with the courier agency. I started calling Masticart.com and they said that the product was returned to them and they will send again through either speedpost or Bluedart courier but they keep saying this for more than 15 days (it has been now 44 days since I have placed my order) and till this date I have not received my product. I have called their customer care more than 30 times, most of the time the answering machine tells that their officers are not available and by chance someone picks the phone up, they talk in husky voice which no one could understand what she/he is telling. I really doubt about the genuineness about this online shopping site and would like to take necessary action against Masticart.com. I have researched in internet after this incident and found, there are lots of bad reputations about this Masticart.com among e-commerce customers. Please also note that they have no products listed in their site for the last 2 weeks. I have complained in their facebook page and now they have blocked me from commenting in their facebook page.

I would like either they send me the products that I have ordered at the earliest or refund of money that I have paid.
