I bought a SIM card with DATA (3500 INR extra for data)to China on 27th late night from Matrix airport shop. When I arrived in China, I tried to use this SIM, but did not work, there was a message “Your services has been suspended”. The next day 29th July, I contacted Matrix company using my International Airtel SIM (9900157xxx). He promised me that he would solve the issue, which did not happen even on the next day. I removed the SIM from my mobile & continued to use my international roaming SIM until 29th evening & I bought a local Chinese SIM.

Spent more than 1000 INR to talk to Matrix which was of no use. > Missed so many customer calls during 2 days , which was very vital, which led to business loss. > On top of this , the company has rsied a bill of more than 5000 INR for this non working SIM. > Previous time when I bought Matrix SIM in April’14, I had data problem & also spent in excess to 2000 INR to talk to the matrix people.
