Hi I travelled to UK from IGI (Delhi) last year and I took 2 plan for 499/- for 1500 minutes free talk to India which is equal to 998/- ( Basic Rental ) for 3000 minutes = 50 hours free calling to India When i first received the bill they charged me the basic rental was charged to 1500/-? in spite of charging me wrong they said it was me who too 3 package for 499/ Then they gave me another Bill for my usage . As mentioned above I was liable to call 50 hr without any free , I exceeded 4 hour ie : total usage was of 54 hours and 54 minute. Now the paid India Calling charges are .09 Pound / Minute for 4 hour extra they charged me 12000/- ? 4 hour = 240 Minutes total extra charge should be : 240 * 0.09 (Pound) = 21.6 (Pound) Total INR = 21.6 * 86 = 1857 …round off to 2000/ I was shocked to see my bill for 12000/-. I was informed that I would be having total of 3000 Minutes of free calling to India. Not 1500 ie : 499/- each for 1500 minute free calling to India. Now Matrix have over charged to customer for around 6000/INR. It has been more than a Year this issue where I have been explaining to the MATRIX through mails and there has been no positive response from the Matrix side.
