I get cheated by matrix international sim card company. Their website is matrix.in . When we were travelling to uk we took matrix sim card as they claim for 1p per minute call to India and good customer support. But when we started using it we get to know they charge so much extra for india and local call. One day I had doubt so I checked the balance and they deducted 10p for checking also. I almost lost 80 pounds which 8000 rs. We called their customer care and get to know that they have some other service provider so nothing is in their control.
