My name is Afreen Ahmad, I wish to complain about Max Life Insurance company that i have joined on 30/06/2012 as an Insurance Agent and some of the reason submitted my resignation on 11/12/2013, After that i have got NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from Max Life Insurance Company.After that I would not receive online NOC on IRDA portal so that I can’t join any other Life insurance company. I am complaining because i want to join Life Insurance Corporation of India as an Insurance Agent. But there is a problem, that is, Max Life Insurance have not given online approval. So my online status as an agent of Max Life shown as it is. To resolve this problem I would like you to take a necessary action. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Max Life Insurance Agent’s helpline number-18001805433 and also contact local Branch Office of Max Life Insurance company and was told that contact the IRDA grievance Redressal cell about my problem. I belive that this response is unfair because when i was working for Max Life Insurance then it is the responsibility of that company. I look forward to response from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I am attaching copies of my License and NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE documents.
