My father has taken a policy from MAx new york life insurance. He deposited three EMIs total Rs.26,819.00. Detail of policy is as follows: Policy No. 815415682 Plan : Max Life partner plus endowment to age 75 plan-07 EMI dates : 25.05.10,26.11.10 & 23.11.11 After payment of three EMI, he feel that he can’t deposit further EMIs.

We request company to short close the policy. but they informed that policy can’t be short closed you have to deposit EMIs for three years. After that only policy can be surrender.
