I am totally cheated by max and max agents mr mohit (rohini branch) mobile no 9013225xxx and mr sachin mobile no 9990140xxx as they have misselled the policy by giving fake commitment . they also told me that when you will apply for this policy you will get three phone calls one from the max company that will offer normal plan which is written in books and you have to say yes to all there questions and after that you will receive two calls where they will let you know about your mediclaim policy,life insurance, child scholarship,and life insurance policy and received all three calls from max of the policies as under:- 20% top up 10 lac mediclaim policy rs2400 scholarship for child per month life insurance my policies no below:- my name mohit jain policy no 207817313 my mother renu jain policy no 207805011 my wife neeti jain policy no 207805029 but none of there commitment was correct as not received the policies to then i had compaint this isuue to max insurance with the phone recording of there agents and mail they know it was there mistake and fraud done by max so after so much argument and mails max aggreed there mistake and agreed to refund my all three policies money as miss deepti aggarwal manager service max mailed me on 05/06/14 email as an attachment and submited all the papers to pachim vihar branch have all the proofs now it was more than 14 days i havent received any response from max so i have mailed them on 19/06/20014 regarding my refund , and received a mail from mr vidit bhasin telling me to meet to there max office for the setelment but i was not in a position to visit max office , because i was very much disturbed and tensed mentally, physically and monitory with the harassment and torch-er caused by max. not well even not going to my work, so again mail comes from max mr vidit bhasin that we have refunded money for one policies and other two we will not refund as you have crossed 15 days time of that policies when everything is clarified and solved and max has cancelled our three policies no 207805029, 207805011 and 207817313. on 05/06/14 , also confirmed by email on 05/06/14 , and submitted papers demanded by max that is neft forms and cross cheques of all the policy holders and submitted to paschim vihar max branch delhi , and received acknowledgement email from max on 09/06/14 that received all the neft papers and crossed cheque and processing your request , than why there is so much delay in refund ???.. when all three policies has been cancelled by max then why this harassment of mine

first the harassment was done by your max agent by mis-selling the policies as they fooled me and robbed me off my savings,and max are taking so long time to issuing refund and now even refusing to give my money back as all three policies has been cancelled by max itself then why there is delay and harassment of mine with so many pains given by max to me mentally,physically monitory as i am not well health wise with this harassment and tention given by max i am trully broken inside as this is my hard earned money kept for my child education and personal need i need the money as soon as possible due to financial problem caused by max ,this is my hard earned money and i am very much in-need of the money, with this harassment caused by max life insurance i am into financial problem not able to do my business i want 15 lac compensation and 24% per annam interest of my amount invested to max from the day i have given money to them i request you sir please take strickt action against max insurance company to control fraud
