Dear Sir, I am customer of company which customer id:0000229788 and policy no is :30207277201300. In which my parents is insured in that and they have given a certificat in which they have mentioned that there is no any pre-existing condition and wating priod of any problem to them .My mother Mrs.Saukhrani devi has noticed a breast lump on 10/05/2013 and for that I have consulted at the Max Healthcare Saket on 10/06/2013 and during the investigation of breast lump two cyst in the ovary was found. Then doctor has suggest for the instant surgery of both problem and the I have sent the Pre – authorization request through the TPA of hospital on 15/06/2013 and company had asked the irrelevant query from the hospital. Then I have arranged money on 19/06/2013 and admitted my mother in hospital on 23/06/2013 and surgery is done on 24/06/2013. After the discharge I have submitted the all original documents for reimbursement of Rs. 174000/- approx and they have replied on 19/08/2013 that there was 90 days waiting period will apply on my case and also told , I have not disclosed ,that my mother had undergone a surgery 12 years before. Which is already I have disclosed at time of purchase policy which was on recorded line. They have told that we only look for the any surgery within 7 years. Please provide me the solution. 1. They have mentally and physically harassed me by not telling clearly about approval or disapproval of my claim which can be listen on their recording line where I have repeatedly called and forced to walk their office even my mother was in hospital. 2. I have taken risk of life of my mother by delaying surgery for a week as I was in hope form them. 3.I have borrowed money from local lenders on heavy interest of Rs.5% per month even after giving my agricultural land to them as security. 4.They have kept me for two month as nightmare of hope that they will approve my claim

I want them to fulfill my all losses.
