Dear sir, I want to inform you that I was the permanent employee of M/s Mayuka Labs Pvt Ltd in its factory at A-4/2, road no-5 IDA, Nacharam, Hyderabad,500076 from 1st Sept 2007 to June 2009. Company had deducted the EPF contribution from my salary but did not deposit it . company had not open any EPF account for this also. Now I need my EPF amount. But the company is not co-operating us.
