I, Mrs. Rahat Jahan Mohammad Abdul Basheer Shaikh had applied in Mhada Lottery, May 2013 for Powai Flat under scheme code 300 under open category and had paid Deposit amount of Rs. 50000 for the same. Lottery result was declared on 31st May in which my name didn’t appear. Hence, the EMD amount should have have been refunded to me as per MHADA within 2 weeks from result declaration date. However, its been over a month and half and I have still not got my refund. The amount was supposed to come to my account via NEFT through MHADA Axis Bank but it has still not being credited to my account. THe officers at Mhada are also not co-operative and I have done several rounds at the office with no luck till date. My application no. is 3000086417. Request you to please help.

I need my EMD amount of Rs. 50000 refunded back to me asap alongwith an interest of 8 % p.a. as MHADA is using my money and have failed on its promise to return the money in the stipulated time frame.
