I had taken a Policy from Aviva Life Insurance – Unit Linked policy. Their agent Mr. Mukul – Rep. Indusind Bank NOIDA Branch (Mobile 9982681531, email: mukulp.21@gmail.com) given me in writing about the policy benefits. According to his suggestion and assurance shown in the paper I took this policy from Aviva for Rs.3,00,000 insurance @ Rs.15,000/- premium for 15 years. He never explained me about any deduction, administration charges etc.

After paying four years installment of total Rs.60,000/- now the company says your fund value is around Rs.30,000/- only, whereas Mr. Mukul statement shows it was Rs.92,400/- They cheated me giving wrong information etc. I sent a letter to Aviva on 20/12/2011 to refund my money but they have not replied me. I understand they have cheated thousands of customers like this. The enclosed letter dated 20/12/2011 will explain you more. Also I enclose copy of my policy papers along with their agent handwritten sheet for your reference and record.

I requested Hindustan Times to publish an article about this cheating company how they are cheating the public in the market. You should publish an article like no one should think of taking any policy from AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY.
