I have submitted the device at – centre (D R Telecom – Borivali –Mumbai) on 23/11/2013 – Job Sheet no. W030635-1113-6509834 for the issue of Touch pad not working. After numerous calls and 2-Visit to the centre understand that touch pad was applied but issue didn’t resolved and they have created new Job Sheet no. W030635-1213-6742951 dated 2nd Dec 2013. I have also been informed that the mobile was sent to head office as there is some problem with processor. Finally after visiting to centre and escalating the matter on 28th Dec 13, They have registered the complaint (no 281213-8386). On 28th Dec I clearly told to the representative that I need my phone within next 7 days. Already it is more than month and still your people says it is in process and it takes 15 days upon registration of Complaint.
A lesson to the service providers for taking customer granted, Surly properly working phone and extended warranty and compensation for all efforts of 2 months to get my mobile back and importantly headache of this issue.
