I have purchased a mobile Micromax A-99 from Panipat fed-2014 from day one sd card is not taken by moblie when i switch off my mobilee. I, ask the same to my dealer .he suggest me to change sd card .i do the same.but he not ask me that mobile can be changed if compliant arise in new sets.after within a week i go to service center radhe-krisahn communication they change the software.but after this the complaint have not removed,then they took my hand set and sent to you asking for two months to take time for same my job sheet no.KJASPHR102314K9755 DT.6-3-14,Please change the set immediately & send the same I am suffering from your company very much.my buisness intrupeted due to trust in your brand name.plz do the same as early as possible 090348-14750 (ph.no.)
