I had bought Micromax100 about four months back. For four months the phone worked okay. After four months the screen went blackout. So I have given the phone into micromax service center to get it repaired. I have given the phone in repairing about one month and till date they have not done repairing or given replacement of phone. One of their executive have given assurance that they will given another piece if this particular piece is not repaired, but then still they have not done so. Kindly help me in getting replacement of phone or repair this one.

Kindly get my phone replaced or repaired.
