Hello Sir, I have been facing problem with my Micromax A110 mobile phone (display and touch) since Nov 2013. For the said problem, I had visited Micromax Service Centre – Swastik Telecom (Malad West), Mumbai. I had submitted my handset to them for the said repairs on 9th Nov under Job Sheet# W030602-1113-6317496. I was delivered my phone almost after a month on 7th Dec (complaint no – MMX2711132671). The same day, I started facing new problems with my phone (SIM not detected and MIC not working). So I had to visit the service centre on same day for 3 times (no job sheets were created for new problems). Again on next day some black patch was created on the screen so I re-visited their service center and they informed me that it is new problem with touch (which they had already replaced). I re-submitted my handset again on 10 Dec 2013 [Job sheet – W030602-1213-6884466 and complaint no – MMX1012131037]. I got my cell back on 31 Dec 2013 and within 15 minutes after taking the phone the same problem with touch (black spot appearing on screen) again came up. So i Visited service centre again and they again replaced my touch (this time also job sheet was not created) on 1 Jan 2013. Now, yesterday on 2nd Jan, the same problem with touch have come up again. Now I complained on their customer care number 18605008286 and they are asking to re-submit the phone at service centre. I have already visited their service centre multiple times and they have already replaced my touch for 3 times. How many times do they expect me to visit service centre for same problems.I have to skip my office hours and other personal work to visit the service centre. I am very disappointed and annoyed with the respone and service provided by Micromax. I have sent several e-mails to their customer care (info@micromaxinfo.com and service.superfone@micromaxinfo.com?) but no action has been taken. Also, I have to waste both time and money for visiting the service center. Now, if they cannot fix my phone (after 3-4 times), I request a replacement of the phone. Note – the phone warranty has experied on 23Nov 2013 in the due course when the phone was with them since 9th Nov 2013. The problem which I am facing now is because of the touch which was replaced when the phone was in warranty.
1) Replacement with a new phone (as they are not able to repair existing phone despite several attempts ) 2) Compensation of travel expenses incurred for travelling to their service center again and again. 3) Appology letter and monetary compensation of 5000 INR for mental harresment and waste of time.
