My Micromax A120 phone has been undergoing constant repairs. Within the first year itself, it has gone for repair 3 times. Recently it was submitted on Jan 4 and received the phone two days ago . If the phone is with your service centre most of the time, why don’t you keep it with you and give me a new phone. You cannot cheat customers like this

The phone was brought for Rs. 9500 and should be replaced with immediate effect.
