Hello, I purchased a Micromax A51 mobile on 29th of July from Srinagar and moved to Chandigarh for completing my course but this handset is of no use as it is dead slow, i read around 150 reviews from a website for the same mobile and all of them were negative. I contacted the customer care and i was told to get it replaced from the dealer(in Srinagar in a week, which was not possible for me. Then i again contacted them but they told me some silly excuses. I was told to complete a tough process and even i agreed but they were nowhere to help.I went to the service center and the mobile was returned after 20 minutes with the same condition. I tried Contacting Micromax through Facebook, Phone, Twitter and sending various Emails but they did”t respond. I have gone crazy because operating this phone needs courage. I have approached them several times but i just got a single reply on twitter to send a email to micromax. i did the same a number of times but it was of no help. I AM A STUDENT and can”t visit Service center every other day.I need help as it is getting difficult to get in touch with anyone with this phone. I miss around 15 calls a day.
