i anuj kumar jain have purchase a micromacx A54 mobile at 21-april- 2013,. After two month they give the problem. i submit my phone to M/S Guru Vallabh Care Center at 03-july-2013. they tell me you need to wait for 7-10 days. after 10 days they told me you need to wait to another 10 days then i have not received the phone. after that i have register my complain to Micromax customer care services 30-july-2013 at that time they told me you need to wait another 15 days then i have call the customer service center at 16 august -2013 then they told me the you need to wait the another 10 days. then i have called to customer service center at 21-august2013. they said me why you have call we have told you need to wait. i don’t know how they talk me like that. after that i call to 30-august-2013.they give me another 20 days. but i called customer service center at 09-september -2013. they told me wait for next 20 days and start abusing. if also give so till date i have note receive the phone.
I need my phone or new phone or my money back as soon as possible.
