I brought Micromax A72 phone on 10-09/2013 but due to some technical problem (ringing & charging), we had submitted my mobile to my nearby services centre (The Mobile Care) authorized services centre of Micromax) at Guru Nanak Pura Opp Dist Centre Laxmi Nagar Delhi -110092 on 3rd of November 2013, but still today they have not provided any support to me. They return the mobile on 16th evening without resolving the problem of the mobile. Even the service centre handed over the phone to me without proper closing of the mobile body and charged Rs 900/- vide bill no 5935 against the poor services provide by the services center.

I have sent my person to collect the handset, they are not ready to give the handset & misbehave with my person….. they (BOTH) Customer care as well as the services centre always says it will take more time. FOR LAST 2 MONTHS I AM running here & there, to get this problem resolved and get my mobile back, but no result till date.

I want my Mobile phone and return my 900/- on urgent basis.
