I kindly to draw your attention towards the poor service your service centers are providing. I bought a Micromax Mobile phone A89 with IMEI 911255800420885 and S/N No 911255800820886 on 17/02/2013. within 3,4 months it started showing problems like hanging and low battery life physical voice on vibration etc. and at last it got struck. i charged my phone in my office and left for my home. on the way i got a call. my phone was on vibration mode as i usually keep. the phone vibrated to the full call time but no display was there on screen it was just black. i thought it again is hanged then i switched it off and tried to restart it again but it didn’t.
I then went to following service center Solution Point C-9/213, Gurunanak Pura, opp LIC building Laxmi Nagar-92 first of all the way those executives treat customers is worse. they behave as if they are the king and the customers are slaves. they don’t even give a damn to hear their problems. i struggled for week and finally i got my problem registered on 23/7/2013. Now its almost a month and i m getting response like its motherboard is corrupted it takes time, ts processed according to the names ad so on. i am just wondering what service are they providing and to whom to the customers or to the problems. and i am not the only one facing problem. people are waiting from 4 months to get a response. even seniors and females are treated very badly. please sir have a look into the problem the customers are facing here so that they can get better service as deserved.
