Micromax – Authorized service center not returning phone

I gave my mobile(canvas 4) for replacement of Board 1 month days before however yet to receive…They promised me to give within 3 days and Shuttling between home and service service.Every time i go they say next monday(due to parts coming)and when i demand them to return the phone without repairing they refuses to give me the mobile.Also not responding properly.It is unacceptable to keep customer waiting for a long time

waiver of cost of replacement or return the phone without repairing and without collecting money
