lease refer the correspondence exchanged for getting Mobile Battery X335 which is not available in Bijnor from where the mobile was purchased. Despite my best Endeavor battery could not be made available and customer service giving vague reply. Please note that I have also searched the battery in Haridwar and cannot move from one city to other city for merely searching the battery. Hence I contacted Micromax office which is also giving same reply to visit authorized service center. I also requested to bring this to the notice of the management and arrange to provide the required battery within 15 days. However nothing has been heard although one month has elapsed My rights as a consumer have been flouted for having committed sin of purchasing Micromax mobile hence will approach to the appropriate authorities including meida if battery is not provided within 15 days. Mobile is not useless because battery is not available in the market. The electronic waste in the form of mobile will cause burden on our environment. Such tactics by the brand needs to be deplored and corrective action is required to be initiated.
